Memorandum

Thou Shalt Not Upgrade Any Firmware At The Very Beginning of the Day.

Expecially if:

  • you have other things to do during the rest of the day
  • the upgrade is not a push bottom process but requires some sort of backup-update-restore trickery (when more things can go wrong… you know, just ask Murphy)
  • the F-irmware is your mobile firmware

In the meanwhile I manage to get Apps/Contacts/Appointments/Notes/$ANYTHING_ELSE in the mobile (notwithstanding PC Suite refuses to connect to the mobile) I’m thinking about a “nice” way to get me to remember this.
